Volunteers will be engaged in reception points that will be present in all the municipalities of Rome, and in the Mobile Units, which will be activated during the Jubilee events with the highest attendance. The volunteers will guide pilgrims as you can see here.
Aspiring volunteers will be able to carry out the activities related to the project activities efficiently thanks to a specific 12-hour training that will be delivered both in-person and online. The training will be assisted by specific short training videos specially designed, below are the first ones made by the Civil Defense Department of Roma Capitale introduced by the Hon. Mayor, Roberto Gualtieri and the coordinator of the Welcoming Project, Dr. Agostino Miozzo.
